Agreed. They were bad. The first episode was great. I’d just stop after that. Lydia Peckham was absolutely gorgeous and spot on

I started to catch up to this. I had watched the for 3 or so episodes but then it got put aside for a while. Those first episodes were decent. But I can see why it got cancelled. It just veered off into... not great. I'm not sure why they decided to mess with the source material. I think if it had been more faithful to the original, it would have been more successful.

I actually like it quite a bit but I've never read/seen the source material so I had no point of comparison. I went in fresh and enjoyed it.
