Did a six-mile run this morning. My wife would not have me in the house without a shower. Back in the day I’d go out Friday, do a 6-8 mile run Saturday morning, go to the beach for a few hours then come home and do yard work. At about 5-6 pm I’d start drinking while I sat on the deck, listened to music and fermented. Shower for the first time that day around 8, eat and go out.

Sunday rinse, wash, repeat....so to speak
