I don't know if he lost the locker room, but his decision making at the end of the last game was awful. When you don't know or anticipate what your players want, you're probably a poor leader.DA didn't lose the locker room.
The proof is the way they finished the season!

It doesn't matter if your players want to run up the score on a meaningless touchdown at the end of the game...I don't know if he lost the locker room, but his decision making at the end of the last game was awful. When you don't know or anticipate what your players want, you're probably a poor leader.
Regardless, the criticisms for DA are more than justified. I think he needs to go, but he apparently isn't going anywhere for at least 1 more season. Meh.
It’s factual that more than 5 veteran players had private meetings w the GM to voice concern over the HC and his methods.I’d argue that he hasn’t morphed into anything but rather is calling out the fan base for being dramatic. Something fans are never really good at is taking criticism and misplacing blame when we don’t like the product on the field.
Saying DA lost the locker room is an assumption and it isn’t grounded on anything factual
The more things you post, the worse Mickey Loomis looks to me. Can't wait until he retires or is kicked up out of football operations. I'm a 100% out on Mickey Loomis at this point. It’s factual that more than 5 veteran players had private meetings w the GM to voice concern over the HC and his methods.
I don’t know what “lose the locker room “ means exactly but he definitely lost whatever respect he had.
Same. The more things you post, the worse Mickey Loomis looks to me. Can't wait until he retires or is kicked up out of football operations. I'm a 100% out on Mickey Loomis at this point.
They didn't quit on themselves, and the victory formation was a big middle finger to DA. What game were you watching? It doesn't matter if your players want to run up the score on a meaningless touchdown at the end of the game...
The Victory formation wasn't awful. It is what should have happened. It is called good sportsmanship!
If he had lost the team... the team would have quit on him.
They didn't!
I was in the Dome watching the game! They didn't quit on themselves, and the victory formation was a big middle finger to DA. What game were you watching?
