Millennials Killing Mayonnaise (1 Viewer)

I hate Ranch dressing. Can I put that here?

 
well, you go on with nasty mayo then..lol
But you can't tell me if you put lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and mustard and mayo on a burger it doesn't alter the flavor. I mean, if you don't like ketchup, thats one thing. I usually only put ketchup on a burger and a hotdog. I don't typically use it on aything else like french fries, etc..
Once again, I never said those items don't alter the flavor. Anything you put on the burger alters or changes the flavor.
However there is a difference between complimenting and covering up

I don't dislike ketchup...I just don't like covering up the flavor of well cooked and seasoned beef. There are sauces that use ketchup that are very good....for example, Canes sauce is very good on a burger

I think a lot of people that slather on the ketchup and mayo didn't necessarily grow up with well cooked and seasoned beef. We're kind of spoiled now. Back in the 60's when everyone had a million siblings and one overworked mom, unless you lived on a farm you weren't getting any premium cuts, and were probably getting your food out of the freezer or out of a can. At least thats the impression I get from the boomers I know, who all LOVE mayonnaise.

Tennessee Titans rookie Will Levis is in the process of learning how to be an NFL quarterback. In the midst of the task, Levis is enjoying an unlimited supply of mayonnaise.

Levis caused a stir (literally) last summer when he was seen on a video mixing mayonnaise in a cup of coffee. No cream, no sugar, just mayonnaise.

The unusual combination started when Levis and his girlfriend went out to breakfast and ordered coffee. When the coffee arrived, Levis noticed there was no cream or sugar on the table. Without the typical ingredients, Levis’ girlfriend playfully suggested he put mayonnaise in his coffee, and he obliged...........

 
At least he isn’t using miracle whip.
 
I was at the BLack Friday Store in BR the other day and this woman had 8 (yes eight) one gallon jars of Blue Plate Mayo. I am hoping she or someone she knows owns a resturant.
(if you don't know, the Black Friday Deals is basically a place where they sell Amazon returns for $8 each on Fridays)
I still throw up in my mouth a little every time i think about it.. /gag

full disclosure- when i go on vacationl, i take a small size blue plate squeeze bottle.

blue plate- check.
