Very very easy, and while you're pickling the jalapenos, slice some red onion and put that in there as well. Awesome on tacos, burgers, etc...i want to try pickling my own jalapenos. it can't be that difficult, right?

I haven’t used shrimp in my cornbread. I’ll have to try that.I've been adding cheese and shrimp to my cornbread batter. It is glorious.
I'll use any size I have on hand, thaw, peel, and chop them into 1/4" long pieces, season with a little liquid crab boil, then fold them into the batter right before putting it in the hot cast iron.I haven’t used shrimp in my cornbread. I’ll have to try that.
What size shrimp do you use?
