Vrabel is already getting fitted for a Patriots cap. I’m not sure that Loomis will have many options in the weeks to come. Thus I fully expect to see Rizzi back on the job real soon.

Anyone else that Vrabel interviews with will only be to gain some leverage. He ain’t fooling anybody.Coach I’m wanting will probably end up in New England.
Mike Vrabel interviewed with Jets to put pressure on Patriots, could be eyeing move to New England in 2025
The ex-Titans coach has a history with New Englandwww.cbssports.com
Mayo was never qualified to coach. That is it for his NFL Career

What makes him not qualified to coach? I'm sure he knows more about the game than anyone posting on these fan forums.
I’m guessing that Vrabel wanted a year away from the game. So they did Mayo wrong by using him to keep the seat warm for Vrabel.
Agreed Bill.Anyone else that Vrabel interviews with will only be to gain some leverage. He ain’t fooling anybody.
Looks like you were offended by a basic fact. Clowning that is clown like behavior. What makes him not qualified to coach? I'm sure he knows more about the game than anyone posting on these fan forums.
He didn't come up through the ranks. He was never a coordinator. He had a few seasons as an inside linebacker coach and then Kraft decided he was the guy.
He was clearly out of his depth even with basic game management stuff. He didn't handle the press well. He threw his own players under the bus.
He was a bad coach. How much he knows about the game is irrelevant. Plenty of former players have busted as coaches.
Yes DA was unqualified to be head coach, just stop.it.And there were plenty of former coordinators that became head coaches that was given more than one year to develop and improve a team. Dennis Allen was a terrible head coach with the Raiders that didn’t stop the Saints from making him the head coach and giving him more than a year to develop the program. This whole “he’s not qualified” is being thrown around and only reserve for certain people because I’m sure that poster wouldn’t call Dennis Allen “unqualified” as a head coach.
