Still bewildered by the Titans letting him go a couple years back. He’s a good coach and was doing well, better than they’d been in quite some time. Was a late pick away from having them in the AFCCG couple years ago. He’s been a good one and I think he will continue to improve into a great one.

Mike Mularkey went 9-7 for 2 seasons and won a playoff game and got fired. Vrabel inherited a winning playoff team. and went 9-7 for 2 yrs. He had 1 good yr and never won a playoff game after. He's a good coach but they had some bad drafts. Did he deserve to get fired ?? Maybe

And there were plenty of former coordinators that became head coaches that was given more than one year to develop and improve a team. Dennis Allen was a terrible head coach with the Raiders that didn’t stop the Saints from making him the head coach and giving him more than a year to develop the program. This whole “he’s not qualified” is being thrown around and only reserve for certain people because I’m sure that poster wouldn’t call Dennis Allen “unqualified” as a head coach.

Mayo was never a coordinator. It's almost always a bad move to promote a guy with no OC or DC experience to HC. And especially a guy with so little coaching experience .

Yes. If Tua hadn't gotten injured, they are easily a playoff team.

It's kind of sad two of the best Qbs Tua and Burrow will not be in the playoffs.

My whole thing about the Dolphins… you know Tua is injury prone. Can’t go in to next season with Huntley as the backup again.

Winston is terribad. He is a great guy but his time has passed as anything more than playing 1 or 2 games a year.

Yeah he got benched in Cleveland too. Love him as a person, seems to be a great teammate, he isn’t a good QB.

Exactly he is good in as a temporary replacement and back up qb situation. A good backup qb is an almost impossible find though.

I thought this, but he might retire. He is beyond 40 now come next year.
