There was a CBS Sports article last week predicting moves that teams would make prior to the deadline… and they had the Saints trading for Foles.

In light of what transpired earlier today, is this a realistic option now? Would the Saints even be interested?

This defense and team as a whole is legit… and Michael Thomas is still joining the offense before too long…

Foles has SUPERBOWL experience, is a smart vet QB, and has shown a set of brass stones in the past… ?

I prefer him above all the healthy QB’s currently on the roster. The man went on a playoff run and out dueled Brady in a shootout for a championship.

How similar was the offense Foles ran in Philly to the CSP-led offense for the Saints?

I think if the Saints make a move for a QB, it could be Foles

Let’s do it, I’d love Foles here. Foles is proven and reliable, and would keep our offense opened up. He wouldn’t have as many incompletions or 3 and outs that Siemien may eventually have as a full time starter.

If SP can beat the Bucs with Trevor Siemian then he can win in the playoffs with Foles, I wouldn’t be against it at all.

Sadly there’s a reason why Foles, in all his SB glory in Philly can’t stay on a roster the past several seasons. He’s mediocre aside from him impressive runs off the bench in 2017 and 18.

However, for the right price - I’d love to see what he could do in this system.

Sadly there’s a reason why Foles, in all his SB glory in Philly can’t stay on a roster the past several seasons. He’s mediocre aside from him impressive runs off the bench in 2017 and 18.

However, for the right price - I’d love to see what he could do in this system.

When the Bears were at their most competitive last season (on their way to a playoff berth) it was largely behind Foles and the spark he gave that team. I don’t think he’s washed… I think the Bears are idiots, and they wanted new faces under center this season to disappoint their fan base.
