Yeah, ole Tom cast her out, lol. Rita inexplicably screwed herself out of the bulk of Tom's fortune. All she had to do was behave, and couldn't do that.

Don't think about neighborhood porch pranks. Think bushel size burlap to be filled and soaked in napalm... 50 or so should make the point. Once set up, it fires to more or less one spot.

(And I can probably (maybe) get the cat lady next door to gather the poo from her 20+ cats...)

If they are pooing in your yard, they would fall under the possession is 9/10s category, and I would thing you could label them as 'free range' fodder. They should also land on their feet so, very humane fodder... although the flamming part might get a little tricky to explain.
