Could not disagree more. GB will never fire ML.DL might but I doubt she would let him. ML tells GB what he wants and she goes along with itWell, he's absolutely not though.
So? That doesn't have anything to do with ownership of the team. He has zero stake in it, and same with DL. While they run the team, the buck stops with Gayle. When she passes, the team will be sold, and they get none of it.Could not disagree more. GB will never fire ML.DL might but I doubt she would let him. Did you not say pseudo? ML acts like he IS the owner. and she lets him. Mrs B is a sweet lady but a weak ownerSo? That doesn't have anything to do with ownership of the team. And you have zero evidence to back this up. I've already posted 2 examples where she's been involved in personnel decisions.Did you not say pseudo? ML acts like he IS the owner. and she lets him. Mrs B is a sweet lady but a weak owner
Being involved by pretty much letting ML telling her what he wants to do and taking the bull by the horns is very much two different things. Sitting in on a meeting and being involved are not the sameAnd you have zero evidence to back this up. I've already posted 2 examples where she's been involved in personnel decisions.
But whatever, you can think what you want.
The problem with that is you have no idea what's said behind closed doors. I mean, you can ignore what she and others have said about it. That's certainly your choice.Being involved by pretty much letting ML telling her what he wants to do and taking the bull by the horns is very much two different things. Yep. He was in Benson's Will to run the team for Gayle. He is an owner in all but name.
DA has made this fanbase lose it's collective sanity. It's gone from fire DA to fire Loomis to Gayle Benson has to sell the team to be good to Loomis is an owner and can't be fired.
Seriously people. Calm down.
That is for us, the fans. Look, I am willing to join a picket line at Airline Highway if anyone could care to organize one. I may draw the line at wielding a mace or a trident and storming Dennis or Mickey's houses. But if we go 7 losses in a row for the first time since 1999, I'm totally down for setting up a trebuchet in the parking lot and hurling flaming bags of dog poo onto the practice field.I know people wanted this to be the team plotting mutiny against DA and Loomis

Correct. However, I think the point is that via his relationship with Gayle and involvement in the succession of the team, makes him pretty much untouchable and he yields a great deal of power (and little accountability). So?
