man, i thought Pettiti would get a start at LT...since he played there in Dallas and payton knows him well. i wonder if Strief has ever played LT in college?? this worries me.

wow, devery not starting must mean he is in the dog house. Copper will get his 1st career start today and from what ive seen of him in Dallas is that he is a 3rd WR and a ST'er...doesnt bode well for us.

DE Simeon Rice (shoulder-questionable) sat out practice for a third straight day and is unlikely to play Sunday. The team will take a look at Rice during pre-game warm-ups and make a decision at that time. Backup DE Dewayne White took most of the first team snaps this week with Rice on the sidelines.
