He's really not an edge rusher and wouldn't have fit our scheme or roster composition very well. I don't think this affects much.

Yeah, it is so ironic. I think it would be smart to get up with Derek Rivers and Jordan Willis out there as well as Basham and Williams. I think they might like Rivers because of the sack production though you cannot argue with any of these guys.

I think you keep the second third because you can use it to trade down and accumulate other picks.

Chiefs should do the trade. It's a win win for them. They can get some picks back fron their earlier trade.

Yeah, I thought Chiefs would have made the move to regain a high-round pick next year.
