Did you see the play? It was a short pass throw too high. I agree it could’ve been caught but it was a horrible throw.

Regardless of how high it was it was in hands distance.

Anyone who has ever played football will tell you if it hits your hands you're supposed to catch that.

Getting some offensive points this game feels like a victory. We may not get any more, so I'll take what joy I can find. For 1:33 seconds we felt like an actual NFL team utilizing the forward passs.

It was glorious.

There was nothing developing. Anything San Diego was giving up there would have resulted in the half ending, or him throwing into highly contested coverage if he's taking a shot at the endzone. Rattler played those last 2 downs very smart.

Throwing it out of bounds is the only read there.

Rattler is who he is. His ceiling is a backup qb. Which is not a knock because few people reach that level.
