Would not having the defensive 3 second rule in the NBA be a good thing or a bad thing?

Also, would anyone like to see being ejected after 5 personal fouls rather than 6 in the NBA? I think I would.
NBA needs FIBA rules - of many obvious takeaways from the Olympics- this is the obviousest

Im with you for the most part. Except for the fouls. 6 fouls in 48 in minutes for the NBA versus 5 fouls in 40 minutes for FIBA. Seems like even math to keep 6 fouls.

Well, I guess that's a good point. I didn't math it.

What happened with the Jordan Chiles situation? I saw she might lose her medal, why?
"The Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled that the judging panel at the event had improperly granted an inquiry that increased Chiles' score, which moved her into bronze medal position over Romania's [the girl who got hosed while standing on the podium swathed in her flag] Ana Barbosu. The Switzerland-based court ruled that the appeal had been submitted past the one-minute deadline for inquiries and therefore should not have been granted."
