France is scrappy. They're getting all of the loose balls and playing solid defense. France is just outworking the US team in every way.

I want to see an extra pass or 2, but the USA is missing easy shots right at the rim. It's like they forgot how to play fundamental basketball. Less hero ball and more passing and getting better looks at the basket.

Also, I've seen them pick up their dribble several times. That just stagnates the offense and gives France a chance to get set defensively. France is getting their hands in there, so credit to them for playing hard.

I don't like blaming officiating, but it's been very friendly to the home team, just like yesterday.
