Based on the circumstances I might want certain teams to win but I don't really pull for them.

Fitzgerald is such a beast, dude. My girlfriend, who never watches football but is trying to learn, must have brought up his game against the Panthers 5 times this week.

i dont think i even like football if the saints are not playing.

I'm the same way. January or not. I'll watch the superbowl but if the saints are out I could care less about the playoffs.

yeah im anxious to see how they respond to someone new after 10 years and to see the changes in the offense. he said more no huddle and having matt call the plays at the line ala peyton.

While I like the Eagles, I'm rooting for them to lose so we can interview Sean McDermott. And I've always loved the Steelers and Ravens' defenses. So I'm throughly enjoying the playoffs right now.

The Saints only. I'm kind of supporting Arizona as the underdog but typically all of the other 31 teams and their fans mildly nauseate me.

It should be noticed by the Saints FO that Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Philadelphia all have strong defenses.

i don't have a second favorite team,

if the saints are not in the playoffs i do usually pick a team to root for to win the superbowl.. this year that team is arizona.. i figure if the cards win the superbowl then may be, just may be that will put a little added pressure / incentive for the saints to do the same!

Chargers. Since I moved to San Diego after leaving New Orleans 22 years ago. I must admit it was bittersweet when Drew left because I really enjoyed watching him every Sunday but I knew we got the better end of the deal. I can't hardly stand to watch "whiney" Philip Rivers.

Really though outside of the Saints, I'm really not all that interested except for Peyton and Eli because of their ties to our city.

i always pull for the chargers if the saints somehow dont make it to the playoffs. chargers are basically a distant second favorite behind saints of course

This year I am pulling for the Cards because they are the ultimate underdog, although I wouldn't be sick if McNabb and the Eagles finally won one. (But then that would further fuel the "Supremacy" and Media Love-Fest with the NFC East, which bores me.)

Now, what I would HATE to see is another Steeler or Raven Superbowl. I can't stand their brand of football, stifling defense, boring offense, and incredibly INCREDIBLY lucky breaks. The Balls ALWAY seem to bounce their way, like a punt bouncing off a blocking receiving team player's helmet and being recovered by the them. That 3rd quarter where the Steelers had the ball for all of ONE play which turned out to be an INT thrown on a tipped ball, by Rivers made me sick. They are like the Anti-Saints with all of their breaks.

But since I hate the Ravens and Steelers equally, that will ensure that an AFC team wins the Superbowl. That is the life of a Saints fan. ALWAYS on the wrong side of things in sports. The short-end of the stick.
