I would say a new discussion thread is warranted when it goes from idle speculation to a news source reporting that there is firm belief that he will sign with the team, but that's just me. A tweet like this could get lost in an epic long thread.

I mean, what's the big deal? You had to spin your mouse wheel a whole one extra notch to find another thread?

In most cases the Mods will update the thread title when something significant changes regarding the subject matter. It still would be best to use an existing thread to add breaking news [with that news added to the thread title] than to just have a bunch of folks start new 'breaking news' threads.

The key part of that tweet is "in some circles", because in other circles, it's Packers, and Patriots, and Seahawks, and Chiefs and now hearing Ravens.

There is a strong sentiment that the Saints have nothing to offer OBJ. Well, he hasn't been actually lighting up the wide receiver stats lately. TBO he hasn't really done anything relevant for the Browns since 2019. I've also noticed that the organization has no issues with cutting him loose.
Am I the only one has concerns on his health and mental state?
