I think this is close to what will happen. If there was a market for Kwon, he would be gone. He'll be back on a one year deal, just over the vet minimum.

Hope you’re right… he could wait and see who goes down, and then jump on as an injury replacement

Love that we resigned PJ. But i think this is a depth move. Sure, PJ can play & start at FS, but i my opinion, that position has now become a work in progress. I believe we’ll end up drafting a S fairly early. Hopefully someone like Bryan Cook or Verone Mckinley. I think the FS position will be an open competition between PJ & whoever we end up drafting.

Kwon is only coming back if there’s absolutely no market for him at all, and he returns to the Saints as Pete Werner’s backup and sub-package LB only… and on a vet minimum deal.

He will not be backing up Werner. They will split time with Kwon in on passing downs.
