Yeah, it wasn't too bad. I IF everyday 16/8 so going without eating wasn't too bad and the cleanse is what it is, I lost 6 pounds during the cleanse which puts me at 46lbs lost since December.

I had an Upper GI Endoscopy with biopsy as well so they took care of it all at once.
