So my PREVIOUS appt was 1pm.

When they called to tell me time ( 3 days prior to date of service ) im like "hold up...you want me on a liquid diet entire day before/night...take half a gallon of Miralax starting at 5pm....THEN WAKE UP AND NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FROM 8am til 1230pm ( when im to arrive ) ?!?!?!?!

yeah no you need to find me a 6am appt. No way im not eating or drinking for 5 hrs - after 36 hrs of liquid diet

i'd assumed that the 24 hr fast was going to be the hardest, but after hour 6 or so it kinda plateaued

The last one I had done was 18 months ago. The Dr. had me take straight mirilax

was mixed with water. It was the only thing he had me take though. No ducolex
or anything else like that

Yep no issues.

The 10 am pills haven't really kicked in yet I guess. But now stomach burns like heck when I sip drink or try to take chicken broth.

I should record this for tomorrow as it's my "prep day" for colonoscopy. I'm almost positive I wouldn't have to drink 64 Oz of miralax.
