NFL Draft Quinn Ewers or Carson Beck? (3 Viewers)

I went Evers in this scenario but I don’t really want any QB in this draft. Skip QB and get a top DE early and then 1 or maybe 2 big fat DT so we can actually stop a running back next year and we can compete. Or and a big WR that can muscle people.

Watching UGA vs Texas made me think of this to ask but if you’re the saints and drafting 40ish would you take of of them if they fell or move up a bit to grab one?

Assuming the Saints pick in the 8–10 range that’s way too high for any QB save for Ward or Sanders who’ll be gone.

Both Beck and Ewers have played better as of late so I’m slightly more interested now than a month ago. Any opinions on which guy you’d take? Personally leaning Beck but i can be convinced otherwise.

Do you think if Ewers found a good QBs coach or great OC who took some time with him to further develop his game, handle pocket pressure breakdowns better, make smarter in-game decisions he could possibly develop into a decent NFL starter over the next several seasons?

No. I watched him all season. Anything over 10 yards his accuracy is poor.

Most his passes are under 8 yards. He relies heavily on YAC by his recievers

Neither. Keep building the trenches, hopefully find a Diggs/Amon Ra style playmaker in the mid rounds, try again at QB in ‘26.

Carr is a top 5 QB this year, playing the most efficient ball of his career. He’ll only improve w/ a 2nd year in the system.
