Rizzi should be the permanent Head Coach (41 Viewers)

Yep…just managing the people, the players, motivating, fully concentrating on situational decisions, yelling at refs, always doing what he thinks is best for the TEAM and not just what’s best for his side of the ball to not get put in a bad spot, etc.

There’s a benefit to this sort of setup where your HC isn’t tied down trying to fully run one side of the ball.
It’s why Payton would often neglect the defenses for years at a time. Too invested in the offense and offensive personnel and play calling.

He made it work at times, don’t get me wrong - but I’d like to see how Rizzi works the sidelines on Sunday since he won’t be calling any plays.

It's difficult to argue against it. He has never lost a game as head coach in the NFL.
It is wild how we went from a coach with the worst win precentage in NFL history to a guy who’s undefeated. 😆

Last thing we need is another lazy a** in house hire like Loomis did with Allen. Passing over more experienced and qualified candidates to make the easy hire and not have any change or turnover. I love how Rizzy talks and hear that he’s a leader of men. While he should respectfully be considered this organization needs change and the best option available at Coach. Preferably and offensive mind that can fix this mess.
We also dont want to make the "Miami" mistake that sent Dan Campbell to Detroit. We would all be pissed if Rizzi wins 5 games, is let go, then goes and leads the Jets to the playoffs.
