Saints are sitting at Pick 10 currently with the Loss-Jayden Daniels Territory (2 Viewers)

I’m on the Jayden / Pennix train too. At this point I think we are going to have a shot at one. I just have no confidence that this FO won’t double down on dumb and bring back DA and Carr and take a lineman instead.
They are going to have to restructure Carr to get under the cap. I won't look at that as doubling down, but the meltdown that will come when it happens is going to be a sight to see.

Saints are going to lose out….the players put it on the line today and that’s it. All done. Hey, it helps with a better pick. Got to look it at for any kind of positive.

I agree but only if we get a new offensive minded coach. I dont trust any of the apples of our current FO’s eyes anymore, nor do I trust this staff to coach up a rookie QB

Me either . The stink of losing that emanates from Dennis Allen would doom any rookie trying to get their feet under them in the league.

They have to address the quarterback position in this next draft, especially if they have a top 12 or so pick. Carr hasn’t been able to finish three games this year and next year he’ll be 33 — not super old, but he looks to be on the downside of his career.

Someone list the top 6 Quarterbacks coming out of the Draft this year. I can also see us taking Georgia’s Tight end, Coleman from Florida St, or Malik Nabers at WR

Caleb Williams
Michael Penix
Bo Nix
Jayden Daniels
J.J. McCarthy
Drake Maye
Marvin Harrison Jr.
Olumuyiwa Fashanu
Brock Bowers
Joe Alt
JC Latham
Amarius Mims
Jared Verse
Malik Nabors
That's 14 of the top players. Three seniors? That could really change things. The Saints need to draft somewhere in there. I'd love for them to get Daniels. If they can't, I'd like to see them trade their second for Justin Fields if they pair him with a competent OC.
