That’s absolutely true. However, I’m not wondering why I’m curious. Ive always been that. I’m just wondering if there’s a connection between cutting the cap to a high degree and not sign anyone and Carrs silence. I realize that DC4 is normally quiet in the offseason. But he’s never been this quiet. For him not to represent the team for the Super Bowl and throughout the process of hiring a new coach. And even after they give him a public declaration that his their Qb. I’m a Carr fan, I’m not looking to nit pick anything he does. But you have to admit, it seems a little strange the goings on with the Saints right now. Even Mike Detilier agrees.Carr has always kept a really low profile during the off season. Other than the odd appearance on his nephew's podcast, he doesn't maintain any kind of public presence. He could very well be wanting to leave or discontent, but his lack of public comments or presence during the off season is normal for him.
When public figures are out of the public eye, people start speculating why that is, because we have a tendency not to be comfortable with the unknown.
It's the same dynamic as why, when in the dark, we tend to see shapes that aren't really there. We fill in the missing information with our imagination. Our brains don't like the unknown or randomness, so we are constantly imagining patterns and connections that don't exist.
When a public figure doesn't tell us what they're thinking, our imaginations create what we think they must be thinking, because it gives us a sense of knowing the unknown.
