For me... It came down to a decision between either paying for that game or ordering a 1/4 lb. Single with Cheese Combo from Wendy's for $6.19.
I chose "Sir, this is Wendy's".

I would have, but it would have put me over the $6.99 limit.Priorities. We have them.
Though I’m slightly dismayed you didn’t get a baconater.
I'm a Comcast customer and I have free Peacock. The payment comes with ads though. Not saying your wrong but I hadn't that and I work for comcast. Also My peacock still works so unless an employee account still allows access or everyone that had activated their account was grandfathered in you MAY be wrong.
Honestly I love how cable cancellation works. They are so desperate to keep customers that they will offer a multitude of discounts for you to stay. For me it's a half hour conversation on the phone every two years. The last time my total costs actually went down.no one in their right mind could think cable was easier to cancel than a streaming service...lol
I think this is apples and oranges. Nobody had to pay extra money to get ESPN now to be honest, some cable companies included ESPN as a special premium premium package. However, nobody had to pay extra just for ESPN that I am aware of.ESPN has had playoff games for years, this isn't anything new. Did you boycott games on ESPN? At least it's way easier to setup and cancel streaming subscriptions than cable TV.
I have it, and started watching it on my phone, thanks much! However, around the time the score was 10-0, I remembered that the Pelicans were playing the Mavs on Bally Sports, and started watching that instead. Judging from the final score of the Dolphins-Chiefs game I definitely made the right decision.Game is on NFL+ in case anyone has that.
Bro its the price of an IPAIn this time of division in the fan base, can we all unite this weekend and REFUSE to watch an NFL playoff game on Peacock? Even if you subscribe, just find a way to pass the time until the nationally televised games are on.
Chiefs-Dolphins will be for Peacock subscribers only, and will likely be the first of many “exclusive” playoff games if this one is a success.
Yes, you'll need Peacock to watch Dolphins-Chiefs (unless you're in the local markets)
On Saturday night, Tyreek Hill will be back in Kansas City.www.nbcsports.com
If you have alternative ways of watching, then by all means watch the game. I’m not looking forward to the playoffs one day turning into essentially PPV.
And equally as bitterBro its the price of an IPA
