It's extremely rare when things stay the same in this league for a very long time for any team. If you've been a productive team for a while, other teams want some of your recipe. If you've been struggling for a while, you start trying to poach anything you can get from the more successful teams. It's much easier to be a bad team for a long time than to find all the right parts to be good for several years in a row. Personally it feels like we really do need to start over around here rather than try to patch up the old 'championship team' year in and year out.
We need a new recipe for success.
