I'm not particularly a fan of Mims either, but he did look good against Tennessee and he's apparently done some things in the passing game in camp that they have not shown in the preseason games. Lots of featuring Kamara split out and other routes for Kamara that Mims apparently is good at. But, I can't imagine that they would use Mims as an every down back if AK gets hurt. I think they would start Williams and use Mims as the 3rd down back.

Mims has been standout to me. We sure see the game differently lol

He's #3 period.. end of discussion.. watch & learn kids..

.. check the stats not only after MT went down, but include this pre-season as well.. he's a very special dude.. the Saints are extremely lucky to have a player of this caliber.. yup!

Mims I’d use as a Kr/Pr depending on if Shaheed plays st
 
No surprises (to me) so far. But with 13 to go, I'm guessing the cuts get difficult now.

Only minor surprise to me is that Miller didn't get cut outright. Putting him on IR makes sense, though. Perhaps he will get back to 1005, in which case, he could become quite the asset after all.
