Well yeah…he’s not better than Taysom who isn’t even listed at RB. Mims is completely ordinary. I was sort of hoping to see the other guys when he was on the field.

I'm not particularly a fan of Mims either, but he did look good against Tennessee and he's apparently done some things in the passing game in camp that they have not shown in the preseason games. Lots of featuring Kamara split out and other routes for Kamara that Mims apparently is good at. But, I can't imagine that they would use Mims as an every down back if AK gets hurt. I think they would start Williams and use Mims as the 3rd down back.

Kibodi runs like a younger Williams, so I'm thinking he will be in the mix if he clears waivers.

Lot of complaining about him around here but every time I see him in a game, he’s making plays.

He led the league in receiving yards this preseason.
We also don't really have anyone else who can play the big slot like he can. He's last year's Spencer Rattler; the guy with a 2nd-3rd round grade who somehow lasts till the 5th-6th round.

To be fair, didn't everyone want to get rid of Williams? But we want to keep someone like Kibodi because he's a local guy? Am I understanding that right?

I've been disappointed with Williams, so I'm not the guy to ask. :hihi:

Being totally earnest here, based on last year or this training camp? I think it's unfair to look at any of our runners' production from last year and draw any meaningful conclusions. Kamara, Williams and Hill were all horribly misused.
