yes new rule you can put 2 players on IR at cutdowns and they can return.

To do that they have to designate him as a player that can return. You now get two of those before you cut to 53 and 8 after you cut to 53. I think it's likely that they designate Miller to return but we have not got confirmation of that yet.

I think they are also going to put Saldiveri on IR with a designation to return.

D'Marco Jackson played the second most snaps on Special Teams last season for the Saints. Their #1 ST'er last season, Zack Baun, is now an Eagle. I think he's a lock just on that fact alone.

I'm interested to see what happens with Monty Rice. Like Orjii, I thought that he had an excellent preseason. But he did miss some time.

IIRC from his draft profiles, he's a smart and athletic lineman, but lacks power, and he is expected to struggle against larger interior linemen. So probably a good pulling guard, but not a great road grader.
