I concentrate on lowering my heart rate when I get in bed at 7 p.m.
I slow my breathing down and relax, getting it around 42 beats per minute.
I also do breathing exercises and get to where I can restfully hold my breath for about 3.5 minutes, with no problem.
I can tell it has made a difference in the way I feel.
This sounds healthy. Where did you learn these techniques?

The breathing exercise I learned on a Joe Rogan podcast with the "Iceman".
I've been lowering my heartbeat at night in bed for a looooooooong time. I just started doing one night, and haven't stopped.

Thanks, I'll try to find that. I'm always interested in this type of thing.

Edit: is that the Wim Hoff Iceman or Chuck Lidell Iceman?
