Samsung gas dryers-anyone have one and know a possible solution? (1 Viewer)

Installed a new Samsung gas dryer. Gas line is fine as installed and checked out by a master plumber. Gas connected to dryer; no heat! Brand new dryer. What gives? What am I missing? Anyone remotely have a clue/same experience? Thanks in advance.

Did you open the gas valve running directly to the dryer?
