Schedule leak-o-rama 2020 Edition (1 Viewer)

A chance we could open the season with the late game in the MNF double header with Drew facing the team that drafted him to kick of potentially his last season.
Early game maybe, but I doubt we’d play the Chargers in the late game since that game will be in New Orleans.

The last time the Week 1 MNF late game was hosted outside of Pacific or Mountain Time was in 2010.
  • 2019: Raiders vs. Broncos in Oakland
  • 2018: Raiders vs. Rams in Oakland
  • 2017: Broncos vs. Chargers in Denver
  • 2016: 49ers vs. Rams in Santa Clara
  • 2015: 49ers vs. Vikings in Santa Clara
  • 2014: Cardinals vs. Chargers in Phoenix
  • 2013: Chargers vs. Texans in San Diego
  • 2012: Raiders vs. Chargers in Oakland
  • 2011: Broncos vs. Raiders in Denver
  • 2010: Chiefs vs. Chargers in Kansas City
So if we’d end up in the late game, I’d guess it’s either against the Raiders or Broncos.

Here it comes…. From saintsreport.com, it is the annual schedule leak-o-rama!

With the unusual situation this year, we are already getting leaks (credible and non-credible). Some media members and other personnel get advance copies of the team schedules and love to drop tidbits of schedule information prior to the official release.

Feel free to post any tidbits of info you can find off official/unofficial sites from the Saints, our opponents, or other media sites. Please cite your source if possible. As we've discovered in the past years, some sources are definitely more reliable than others.

I'll try to compile any leaks in this post and see how much of the schedule we can learn prior to the actual release sometime this week. Nearly every year, we have the schedule correct prior to the actual release by the NFL.

Usual disclaimer: SR is not affiliated with the Saints or the NFL so no information posted in this thread should be considered to be a "league source".

Rematch against Minnesota Week One on MNF.

I have a source that says the Saints will have 5 prime time games:
Wk 3 SNF v SF
Wk 7 TNF @ At
Wk 10 SNF v GB
Wk 11 MNF @ Car
Wk 15 SNF v TB
So the 3 SNF games at home, the Monday and Thursday are on the rd.
Also, Vegas Sept 20

Oh look another Thursday Night Football game on the road....

Some good general info about what the NFL is considering in making this year's schedule.

What’s the source?
I’d rather not say his name anymore or how I know him because of the media storm that happen with Swimmer and Coach Pete, and I don’t want to bring that kind of attention on my guy and obviously we have some media types lurking about SR, but El Caliente can confirm that I DO know someone if you have any doubts.
