So.....now fire Allen ? And trading deadline ? (2 Viewers)

I don’t see a scenario where DA survives into 2025.
Even casual (non online) fans are so toxic to DA.

Agree. I think people say he isn’t going anywhere out of pessimism but this is untenable. There is a tipping point and todays loss crosses it.

He's not getting fired this week. And not likely even next week if they lose.
Yep. If anyone thinks this FO does mid-season HC firings then they’re very mistaken. Not happening. DA will go on Black Monday.

Look this isn’t changing until it affects the bottom line. The jets have made a lot of money for a lot of years by being fiscally conservative and dangling the next year in front of their fans. The saints have an enormous payroll that they due to salary cap can’t get rid of. They aren’t going to pay off Allen, get a new coach, blah blah blah when they can continue to simply keep doing what they are doing. What reason sitting here today, do they have to upend the organization? Zero. So forget about anyone leaving

The first two weeks were a disaster. It has created this mirage that if everyone is healthy we would be getting what we saw the first two weeks of the year. Mickey Loomis truly believes that.

As long as he’s gone at the end of the year. I don’t even trust this staff with a top 5 draft pick at this point. I just want someone new going into next year, this season is over already. The quicker they do it the quicker they can start evaluating coaches.

Everyone wanting to lose out and fire Allen is contradicting themselves.

The defense played fine until the offense wore them out by not moving the ball.
You guys gotta stop with that stuff. First, they are professional football players. If they aren't in shape enough to play a football game, they should retire. Second, the time of possession was 28:52 for the Saints and 31:08 for the Chargers. Nearly even and certainly not an excuse having just come off of a 10 day break.

When the Saints won the bid to host this year's Superbowl, I knew without a doubt that Dennis Allen, more than any year prior, would prove how inept he was at seizing the moment and using it as motivation. Its like art at this point how he leads his teams into defeat.

I'm not sure there's an innocent soul on the field or on the staff. And I think every one of them thinks it's somebody else's fault.

It's all y'all fault. All of you. You're all playing below your potential. You're all playing below your standard. You're coaching below your standard. You're managing below your potential.
