The cape helped out during Infinity War so why wouldn't it save Ned? Plus he has the magics so maybe that played into it?

Yeah, Ned probably has powers we might not have been aware of prior to NWH. I like it. I guess the question is, how will they reconnect again because they don't remember Spidey before their own "blip". I'm curious to see where that goes.

My guess is it would because I would think the cape recognizes the power a person has, not just who the person is.
