A lot of time it’s various ownership issues- like Max here owning all of WB but other local media might have bought different titles within WB
Streaming is not vertically aligned around the globe (as far as I’m aware)

So attendees to the Star Trek panel at New York Comic Con were treated to the entire first episode of the final season. It was hilarious...

Equally hilarious is Jack Quaid. Dude ate a damn tangerine without peeling it.

(And Tawny Newsome is more gorgeous in person than on that episode of SNW.)
