ok, on chess.com i really like the puzzles. other than dr. wolf app, any recommendations? sigmund freud can get a little annoying.
 
I guess beads were just outside of the scope of intermediate they were trying to cover.

But I did think the lessons were organized well. And following up with 4 or 5 puzzles really reinforced what you were learning.
I'll have to do a round with the beads and a round without to see if it helps with learning.
 
en passant, is this strictly pawn on pawn action, or can a pawn perform it on any piece next to it?

Pawn on pawn - it's purely based on the pawn's option to move two spaces on the first move.

thanks! i was trying to read up on it on chess.com, but it was kinda vague.
