Rajah won the truck race in Vegas. His first. I couldn't be happier for him. Love to see it. Kudos to Mr. Hendrick for giving him a shot.

Rajah is a legit wheel man. This was a race with C Bell, KFB, Ty Dillon and others. None of that fazed him.

Edit: Oh, this was the best truck race I've seen in a while. Not the wreck fests of the last several races and zero cautions in the final stage.

Should be a good race today. Super windy in Vegas and the track is gonna be a challenge for the Cup drivers.

Xfinity race yesterday wasn't too bad. Some good racing up front and Hailie Deegan started 28th and finished in 15th. She had awesome short run speed and passed cars every restart, but once the race went 20+ green laps, she really struggled. If they can figure out the long run issues, she'll be in good shape. I thought she drove a solid race and made some tough passes driving through the field. Solid drive.

In Cup, I'm pulling for Bubba. He's been off to a strong start and is starting 5th on the grid.

Joey Logano has tons of speed and got another pole. He just needs to finish some races. He's had some bad luck.

Shockingly enough, points leader is Kyle Busch who's been super consistent so far.

Really stoked for Rajah, that's great. I haven't watched the truck race yet, had a busy weekend.

But I did watch Xfinity and Cup, and just a pair of really good cars there winning both. Larson did a masterful job of holding off Reddick - I think the 45 was faster in the closing laps. But the 5 was a piece all day.

Yeah, Larson just knows how to defend a lead and played the aero game every time Reddick got close.

I was impressed with how Gragson and Hocevar drove today. And Ty Gibbs, while not winning races, he's been incredibly consistent for a young driver. Kid has talent.

I think this is the worst tire wear I have ever seen during a NASCAR race. Simply horrible!!!!

They all will be running on the rims by the end of stage 3
The ones who knew what they were doing were the ones who finished up front. I mean, Hamlin, MTJ and Brad are the most experienced drivers. Not surprising to see them top 3 in a race like this.

Ty Gibbs led much of the race but ended up burning his stuff up. I love races with strategy where you have to balance speed and aggressiveness.

Conor Zilisch is the freaking truth. 17 year old spanking the field in Nascar Truck qualifying with a track record 2:11 in his first race. I've been hearing his name as the next big thing, and he's got my attention now.

Cup qualifying about to start. Some fascinating stories at COTA.

Bubba looked really good in practice, hopefully he qualifies well. He keeps working on his race craft and i love seeing him doing well on road courses. SVG is looking great in the Cup car, not a surprise. Kudos to Ty Gibbs. He hasn't won yet, but he's consistently driving up in the top 10 every week. The kid is a talent no matter how much hate he gets. Reddick has had a somewhat slow start this season. He's running well enough that I think he'll contend tomorrow.

I just gotta say I'm really impressed with how present Jordan has been as a part owner with Hamlin. When I first heard he was partnering, I thought he'd just be there on race days or be sort of a silent owner, but he seems really plugged in and seeing him at practices and qualifying regularly is pretty cool. I've always been a fan, but I appreciate it even more how involved he's been with 23XI. Would be really cool to see them win a championship at some point.
