Wouldn’t want to get your blood pressure up. But I guess after being familiar with yourself, the newness/excitement is gone.

Gotta increase fiber intake, maybe (or in my case definitely) reduce alcohol intake. The Cholesterol number is not as concerning as the Triglycerides. I has similar numbers about 2 years ago and went "vegan" for about 6 months and my triglyceride number is now below 150.triglycerides at 235
Cholesterol at 216
all other labs are within normal range
now what?
So that’s the thing is I do most of this alreadyGotta increase fiber intake, maybe (or in my case definitely) reduce alcohol intake. The Cholesterol number is not as concerning as the Triglycerides. You gotta eat low fat, and make sure it's "good fats" and stay away from "bad fats."
Eat more fruits and beans, and less cow.
Worked for me anyway.
Or they can write a prescription for a pill you take daily.

Damn.I think Guido is a teetotaler.
I was today years old when I finally saw that word in writing and the meaning dawned on me. Even having been one for almost 8 years - I still thought it was an English thing, like someone who preferred tea over coffee.I think Guido is a teetotaler.
yes actually, 3 weeks of reduced exercise and increase in processed foods could spike your numbers, but not more than 10-15%.So that’s the thing is I do most of this already
No alcohol, no cow, beans, fruits
A bit too much sugar/simple carbs but that’s really the only bad thing I eat
Is it possible for those numbers to spike in a short time? I’d been locked in a theatre all day for 3 weeks- diet wasn’t the best then
Not by choice- about 10+ years ago I developed some weird allergy to alcohol (like 2 sips I get flush and skin gets tingly)Damn.
Guido you gotta find a new team to pull for.

You should have switched to the devil's lettuce at that point. Not by choice- about 10+ years ago I developed some weird allergy to alcohol (like 2 sips I get flush and skin gets tingly)
I can have 1 beer on occasion, but that’s a rare occurrence
you forget i live in a 3rd world stateYou should have switched to the devil's lettuce at that point.
I just got approved for medical marijuana and the process is a joke. I didn't have to provide one scrap of evidence of my medical issuesyou forget i live in a 3rd world state
i've actually tried to steer my wife away from mostly wine consumption to edibles - it's been a process
