jesus ******* christ. i don't care how much anyone didn't like porter the last few years, he helped us win a mother ******* superbowl.
****. dammit. 4 million for one year is probably a lot better than what the saints would have offered (if they did make one), so i wish him the best. i love him.
yeah. i hate to agree. in '09 he was aggressive in tackling, something that wasn't present the last few years. in '10/11, it was more about trying to knock a ball out every play instead of wrapping a player up. plus he's not a 16 game player, much less every down.Yeah, I love me some TP..
But we are better off without him, sadly. His gambling really paid off in that 2009 season though. I'm not sure what happened to him after that though. He was at his best in the early parts of his career then his play gradually declined. He has also been hurt just about everywhere imaginable. It's not just a knee or an ankle. It's on just about every part of his body. He is so injury prone. I wonder if it's that the guy just can't stay healthy and that is the reason he has looked so bad?
In any regard, whether it's health or just descending play, it's time for us to move on without him.
Cool story, bro.
I went to Church Point my first 2 years of high school before switching to Rayne my junior year.
When we played CP my junior of football, it was a well known fact that my former coach had a bounty on my head. Not sure the price, but both teams knew it. There was about 10 late hit penalties that game, I was on the receiving end of at least half.
Ended up throwing a TD with 10 seconds left to win the game and telling that slob to go **** himself on my way back to the sideline.
3 years later, that same coach had an $150 bounty on my brother's head
I knew it was coming. Didn't think it would be from you.
