Oh i see.. I thought we were all discussing the Stevie Nicks song ‘Edge of Seventeen’ which was released in the year 1981 AD.. at least, that’s what my post was referring to.. it seems that i was indeed missing something .

Olongapo and Subic. Remember them for the partying in the late 80's. Just don't remember eating any pizza there. I lived on San Miguel and the skewerd meat we called "Monkey on a stick". Spent many a night at the Cowboy Club on Magsaysay Ave.

TIL that the infamous ‘Jumping the Shark’ episode of Happy Days occurred relatively EARLY in the run of the series.. all these years, i thought that the Shark episode was the death knell of the series.. but it happened in basically the fourth season of the show (in the year 1977) and there were SEVEN more years of the show after Fonzie’s shark jump.. it’s crazy how wrong my perception was, because of what JTS has come to mean .

it was a top 3 show three years in a row in season 5, after that season, they never cracked the top 10 again, although top 20 show isn't bad.
if you've ever watched that episode, it is cringe worthy.
