Titan fans NOT happy about the no call on the forced fumble (1 Viewer)

Good info. Streratore is wrong.

Sharpe took two steps and ducked his head. That’s a football move and a “defensive” move which, by definition, means you’re no longer defenseless.

And that play was reviewed. All turnovers are reviewed. If it had been ruled an incompletion, then you would’ve had an argument for the defenseless player. But, by rule, a fumbling player is not defenseless.
You might be right. And the play may be a good non call. But in a fast pace game where if by any chance a receiver is being knocked down like that, 99 percent of the time they will call it.

Yeah, that’s why I said, in this case, I’m giving credit to the officials for getting this one right. So many get it wrong because of exactly what you said.

One of those plays that both sides will always see differently. The NFL needs to clear up how these are judged. In the split second a player has to commit to a tackle it is impossible to always avoid interaction with the head.

sorry but those hits happen. Nfl allowed Pierre Thomas to get knocked out in the Niners playoff game and gave them a turnover afterwards too . sometimes its just an unfortunate legal hit
