That is still awful just to think about. Not just a play stopping hit but a hit that took him out of the game and, indeed, could have taken him out of the NFL altogether. And.they.do.nothing.

It was Kamara and yes that was a horse caller not at first but he moved his hand to the back of his jersey to the neck and it became one. They should of kept the penalty instead of picking the flag up.

I've already posted this in this thread, but I'm going to post it again.

The hit was legal. Not just because the defender lead with his shoulder, but also because the receiver was no longer considered defenseless. He had taken 3 steps and lowered his head to brace for the hit... that means he had become a ball carrier/runner and contact with his head is no longer illegal as long as it's not helmet to helmet.

Clean hit and huge defensive play to win the game. One of the biggest defensive plays by the Saints secondary I've ever seen. Props to CGJ!

Blatant head shot in Saints/Titans that went uncalled. In a similar circumstance in Ravens/Steelers, refs dropped a late flag on Earl Thomas for a head shot on Mason Rudolph.
