Do you think it would be wise to try to trade back into the 1st round so we could get a elite OT and WR? Even if cost a 1st and another pick next year?

I would not do it as there are some quality WR's and OL who will be available in the 2nd. I would, however, if a player drops we really like at either position try to move up higher in the 2nd by giving up one of our 3rd round choices.Do you think it would be wise to try to trade back into the 1st round so we could get a elite OT and WR? Please no RB in the first. After we draft Corral earlier in the first round, I would be fine if we move back in if there is a WR, OL or even a RB that we feel is worth the move back in.
How could anyone know whether it is a good idea before any selections have been made? It is completely dependent on what player or players are available.Do you think it would be wise to try to trade back into the 1st round so we could get a elite OT and WR? They won’t change. Why would you expect them to make a total 180 from how they’ve operated? No no and no.
Do the opposite, if anything.
We need to get younger and cheaper, quick.
Our history of trading up is not great with a few exceptions (Kamara, McCoy).
Unless we go 1-15.... We aren't going to be in contention for rookie QB next yearNo...you need the 2023 first just in case you need to grab a QB
I always figured it was Sean dictating the moves up. Guess we will find out….They won’t change. Why would you expect them to make a total 180 from how they’ve operated?
Then we won't need a QB...but if we're a meandering 7-9 on the strength of lackluster QB play then we'd trade up using 2023's 1st and probably 24s 1st. But that's all dependent on if WInston stinks up the joint...which I don't think he will.Unless we go 1-15.... We aren't going to be in contention for rookie QB next year
Ingram was a trade back into the first. No no and no.
