Who is TV News Channel. A quick search didn't tell me anythting. Are they associated with the Polish news channel?
That was a real good question.

It's another one of those Turkish hijacked YouTube channels. This time it was a Turkish woman's cooking channel.
Maybe they're running out of yarn craft channels to hijack.

In any case it is a source to cross off and not use because it's fake news.

Here's an example of what that channel used to be. I translated the video's title from Turkish:

WE HAVE BREAKFAST | I MADE AN ACCOUNT BOOK | YOU WILL LOVE ORANGE CAKE | MURAT AND ITS ECURS

I think they overestimate how much the average American is paying attention to the war. There's just not much interest in it from most people I talk to. It never comes up unless I bring it and then I find out most don't have any idea what's happening over there other than Russia is fighting Ukraine.

Depends. Here, neighbors do talk about it a bit and it's mostly positive for Ukraine.

I expect that there are a lot of discussions taking place between shipping company lawyers and insurance carrier lawyers before the captains get the green light to cross the line.
Here's the live version of that map:

Green dots are general cargo ships at anchor, Green arrows are the same but underway.

Red dots and arrows are oil tankers. Pink dots are navigation and weather buoy's, and shallow sunken vessels that a ship might hit.

One can click on any of the dots or arrows and in most cases see a photo of the ship and details which include their destination even if they are at anchor waiting for an opening to go in and dock. The flag they are sailing under and the company that owns them are also details that pop up when clicked.

What I see happening is a bunch of ships are waiting because of the end of the grain deal. Most of them look like they are ships that would haul bulk cargo like grain.

It is as you have said, they wait while the shipping companies are figuring what to do next. While I was writing this post 4 ships got underway and they all appear to be heading away.
