So yesterday Russia sent over 100 drones/cruise missiles into Ukraine AFTER the phone conversation - i posted one strike, another hit a hospital and others struck residential homes.

Ukraine then struck a large gas/oil facility in Krasnodar Krai.



now there is a report that Trump will call Zelensky at 16:00 Kyiv time.



interested to see what this call was about.

They aren't that sophisticated. There is no "return to base" option with an active warhead lol. Although that would be entirely "Russian thing to do".

Nor do they have self destruct.
 
Ukraine struck the Engels air base where Russia houses several long range strategic bombers ( cruise missile launches )
They hit the munitions storage.

Here are some stills/video. The last one ( cctv video ) is from a small village about 1/2 mile from storage site. Massive explosion of munitons.

so they are bsically WW2 German V1 flying bombs?

the only reason i know what those are is because one of my high school teaches (not a history teacher) was tellling us about them one time..

Iranian made.
V1s were quite crude in design and accuracy. It was a terror weapon in that you heard it well before it struck and no one knew where it would hit ( no real targeting mechanisms and radars those days werent what we have now )

Shahed drones are quite crude by drone standards, but can be mass produced and fire/forget ( own targeting computers on board etc )

So think V1 with the ability to target specific location off internal guidance and lesser explosive payload . Its not a Tomahawk but it wasnt meant to be.
