I would say 4 #1s and maybe even a player.

You do this by trading BI to the Kings for 2 #1s and players, then you flip them plus 2 of the Pels own picks.

This doesn’t solve the center position, but Zion would be a league terror with Markkanen and Murray shooting from outside. I think it’s an experiment you must try to fully unlock Z. You still need a center, but whatever. Bring in a cheap vet and rip the league a new one on offense.

Yes, I think the Cavs could regret playing hardball. They already have their center in Mobley and don’t need two centers. The Pels is their best market to get a player who can really help them.

I am fine with the Pels picking up Allen for Ingram, but if Markkanen is out there fork them. They will be left midseason trying to dump Allen for what they can get.

The Pels held onto Anthony Davis to squeeze out a better deal and they ended up selling him for less than the original Lakers offer.

Thats what is about to happen to the Cavs. When it’s time, just do it. Don’t screw around.

It's not just about money....it's about getting the assets to get Markannen. There is going to be a high bidding war IMO
