WWL just interviewed guy who lives near the home that caught fire and that said the feds ordered the evacuation. Home has security footage that faces the house. Man, I would hate for this situation to be bigger than it is already.

At this point, it really wouldn't be surprising.

But why was the surveillance camera following the truck?

It's not. It's a wide shot and it is on a big wide screen. The person with the phone is recording from the wide screen and following the truck.

I have questions. Why were there unexploded IEDs in the truck? Was there a plan to plant them that backfired? Was the plan to blow up the truck in a crowd? This was not a "woke up this morning and decided to kill people" attack. It was planned for a while because you don't just throw together an IED, it takes time, and there were more than one in the truck as well as some (reportedly) found at other locations. Every video shows the flag on the truck furled. Maybe the plan was to unfurl it before the final act that never happened because the driver ran into that equipment that was parked in the street. Maybe? And the media keeps saying an ISIS flag was found "in" the vehicle, not "on" the vehicle. Was it in the cab of the truck? What was the flag on the hitch? I know they need to investigate further and any news will be speculation because no facts will be released that might hamper the investigation, but they need to throw us something other than the man was Muslim and had an ISIS flag.
At any rate, I hope this doesn't start another Muslim hunt in the US. We don't need Mosques being burned or mass shootings with innocent people inside.

I couldn't quite grasp it. So he made the sudden move to pass up the vehicle that was blocking the street and went around jumping -- pretty easily -- the corner he hadn't passed yet? I wasn't sure also if he hit that vehicle but he must have I guess? And then got another 3 blocks past.
