For instance, when do they stop the traffic in the Quarter? There's a time late afternoon/early evening where the people are already all over the streets -- because that's what people do in the Quarter -- as if there's no thru traffic where he wouldn't have even had to go around the cruiser. It would have been much worse. Much, much worse.

They finally got to the FBI update.

What are meta glasses?

Meta glasses are "smart" glasses made by Ray Ban. It's wearable tech. You can capture video/pics, activate voice calls, etc.

Kind of like an Apple Watch lite for glasses.

He wore them to probably scope the area out and was also wearing them at the time of being shot. Apparently NOPD took him out before he could reach his remote detonation. Thank you, NOPD.

• Humidity - nature's fire extinguisher and fuse/electronics corroder.
• Potholes - slows your roll, rattles parts off your vehicle, sends you in unexpected directions
• NOPD - will shoot and can dance
• Drunk Tourists - move your stuff
• Joie de Vivre - at quitting time, heavy construction equipment is left as is, maybe in middle of the road. Priorities.
• Traffic - forget time
