I haven't listened to this album in (probably) 10 years or so. But today I heard my favorite Beatles song (Norwegian Wood) so I got out my copy of Rubber Soul (imo, best Beatles album) and listened to it a couple of times. I'm not a huge Beatles fan, but I love this album. It is so different from their prior works with many layers both lyrically and musically.
