Poor Things - holy moly amazing movie and some bold as **** acting choices

Ad Astra - pretty good except maybe some suit scuffed the ending

now I’m two episodes in to Old Man - pretty good so far

The Old Man is fantastic.

New shows that I'm digging/dug (if their seasons already ended): High Potential, Matlock, Elsbeth, Nobody Wants This, Paradise, Doc, Pitt, Watson, Prime Target, On Call, Laid, Dexter: Original Sin, No Good Deed, and Patience.

New seasons of The Rookie, Will Trent, Night Agent, Allegiance, The Irrational have also come out...
 
Thanks for the recs, I enjoy this thread. Always need a good "me" show and a good "with wife" show.

Emily In Paris is our go-to "with wife" show. We started No Good Deed but don't really like it.

Just finished DarK as the "me" show. It is kind of like Lost. Great beginning with good actors, story, mystery - then it gets wilder - then it gets too wild and loses direction.

Enjoyed Silo so may start Paradise if it is similar?

Good 'with wife show': Only Murders in the Building

They are very different shows, but there is a common-ish underlying global theme though. I think that you will enjoy it though...

Dead to Me is a really good wife n you show
 
I just found a show on Apple TV called Invasion. halfway through the 1st season, so far i like it. takes a good 4 episodes to know what's really going on.. if you like Sci-fi/extra terrestrial, you'll like it
follows multiple people/groups in America, England, Japan and Afghanistan
i wasn't gonna start watching until i read it was renewed for a third season.
